Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Books are available in paperback and hardback for U.S. and U.K. orders. Shipping is charged at exactly what it costs us — no markup — and you can choose your shipping speed at checkout, where the shipping cost and any sales tax are shown before you pay.

Customers in all other countries can buy our books through the International Customers button on each book page — only the paperback is available internationally at this time.

Printable postcards are instant digital downloads, so there is no shipping charge for printable-only orders.

Returns, Refunds & Reprints

All sales are final — Fred Bear's Adventures does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. As a small, family-run business, we put a lot of care into every book, postcard, and keepsake before it reaches you.

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, we'll send you a free replacement:

• Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order details and a photo showing the damage or printing error.
• Once we've reviewed it, we'll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you — there's no need to send the original back.

Printable postcards are digital downloads, so they aren't eligible for reprints or refunds. If you have any trouble downloading your file, email us and we'll help you get it.
