Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

Fred Bear Adventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates fredbearsadventures.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices parents and visitors have.

Information We Collect

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not show advertising on this site, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising or to build profiles of visitors.

Children's Privacy

Fred Bear's Adventures makes books and activities for children, and parts of this site (the Kids Zone games, coloring pages, and activities) are made for children to enjoy. We follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Parents and guardians: if you believe your child has given us personal information, or you would like to review it, have it deleted, or tell us to stop any further collection or use, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We will verify the request and act on it promptly.

Technical Information Used to Run the Site

Like every website, ours receives basic technical information (such as an IP address and browser type) when a page is requested. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, uses this only to deliver pages, keep the site secure, and prevent abuse. We do not use it to contact, identify, or profile any visitor, or for advertising.

Who Helps Us (Third-Party Services)

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and fulfill orders, and only what each needs to do its job:

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's storage for the cart, game progress, and passport stamps. Stripe may set cookies it needs for security and fraud prevention during checkout.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and limiting access to the service providers listed above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent revision.
