Shipping is charged at exactly what it costs us — no markup. You’ll choose your shipping speed and see the shipping and tax on the secure checkout page before you pay. We ship to the United States and United Kingdom; everywhere else, use the International Customers button on any book page (paperback only at this time). Printable postcards are downloads, so there’s no shipping on printable-only orders.
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Every book is printed to order: about 2 weeks from your order to printing, then shipping time on top.
